Gregory Paul Schrodt and Jasper Ward designed this large—scale wind sculpture. It was installed by Jasper Ward Architects, who developed construction of the addition to the PARC garage on Sixth Street and Greenburg Way Alley. The sculpture consists of 16 tubes of various lengths suspended from a concrete column above the alley that leads from a parking garage to Seventh Street. (KG)
